What can I expect at the COOC Coast and Moorland Run?

O ur run this year is on Sunday April 20th and this year is a Coast & Moorland Run starting from Malton Market Place at 10.30 am and calling at Helmsley for Lunch and then travelling across the North York Moors to Goathland for an afternoon break and ending around 4pm at Ravenscar.
